This two-day program covers the knowledge and skills that a person should possess to conduct competency assessments on identified procedures and tasks. The person will also develop effective coaching and feedback skills.
Note: Although the theory component is based on generic concepts this program is typically customized to include the clients specific assessment process, tools and procedures/tasks.
Participants are required to complete a written competency check to minimum 80% level in order to obtain a pass mark. The participant will also be evaluated on an assessment exercise utilizing all the knowledge and skills developed in the course.
